Pointy Toe Heels... Are You Still Wearing Them?

Currently if you stroll into the shoe section of your favorite store or browse online, you'll see that you won't find as many pointy toe pumps as you once did. Round toe and almond toe are leading the way in most shoe styles. But, perhaps you still have some good old faithful pointies waiting in the closet. Are they still in style? When in doubt Miss Rih Rih always seems to resort back to her pointed toe Louboutin's. Luckily with spring approaching we can easily slip into our sandals and peep toe styles. But really, is it time to hang up those pointed toe heels and trade them in?

Sound off!

no, no, no! Don't throw out those pointed toe heels. They are classic and elongate the leg better than booties or round toes. A simple black pair of pointed heels is essential in every closet. Heck i even love my pointed toe black flats!

I still have mine as well. We all know everything comes back around. It's good to branch out now, but I still have my trust pointy toes on standby.

I loveeeee my pointy toe'd heels still. They look better with trouser pants and with a lot of the boot cut and editor cut style work pants. Round toes are cute with dresses, shorts and other more leg showy type ones (to me anyway) but the point sticking out from under the wider legged more appropriate work pants seem to always be classic look!

@Jules I completely agree. The pointy toe does look great w/ trousers!
